
No-Code Automation & Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Construct and configure client systems utilizing Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, and Softr.
• Design and execute automations through Make.com and various third-party integrations.
• Deploy AI tools and workflows to enhance client operations.
• Provide well-organized, maintainable, and thoroughly documented solutions.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to outline project scope and ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with the Founder on technical decisions and solution design.
• Adhere to established project management processes and delivery standards.
• Proactively communicate project risks, blockers, and changes in scope.
• Clearly document all builds for clients and team members.
• Create Loom walkthroughs and Scribe guides for each delivery.
• Take responsibility for assigned solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Operate independently within set processes and project parameters.
• Clarify requirements prior to implementation.
• Maintain clear and precise documentation throughout the development process.
• Perform additional duties related to the position as needed.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years of experience with no-code platforms and automation tools.
• Expertise in Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, or Softr.
• Working knowledge of Make.com and multi-step automations.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, Loom, and Scribe.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
• Experience supporting multiple companies, clients, or departments.
• Understanding of project management principles and structured workflows.
• Experience integrating AI tools, automations, and no-code platforms to create reliable and scalable systems.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and accountability.
• Ability to collaborate with Project Managers and Founders while also working independently.
• Capability to adapt to new systems and workflows.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
• Reliable computer with Windows 10 or newer.
• Two monitors and stable high-speed internet connection.
