• Serve as the trusted advisor for our agents in New Jersey and New York by understanding their business requirements to identify new growth opportunities and how Swyfft can assist them.
• Oversee and expand the agent network within your designated states or regions.
• Collaborate with assigned agents through in-person visits, virtual meetings, and both inbound and outbound calls to discuss production goals and strategies.
• Provide support to our agents by addressing inquiries related to Swyfft's products and services.
• Help facilitate agent training sessions and educational webinars.
• Work closely with agents to develop innovative strategies to enhance their potential and broaden our customer base.
• Advocate for the Swyfft brand while building relationships at conferences, events, and trade shows.
• Remain informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to guide sales strategies.
• Monitor all agent activities, including contacts, communications, potential revenues, and updates within our HubSpot CRM system.
• 7+ years of experience in account management or sales (preferably within an MGA, carrier, or agency setting).
• Established relationships with agencies in your assigned regions.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• A High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office and other internal insurance-related programs, systems, or applications.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to internal systems and programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively using tools like HubSpot CRM, Slack, and MS Teams.
• Comfortable with screen sharing and video conferencing.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
• Designated quiet workspace at home is essential.
