This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Transform new product concepts from vague and open-ended problem statements into fully deployed and operational products.

• Conduct data discovery independently using client data.

• Design and construct the necessary data pipeline and agentic AI workflow for each product.

• Make informed decisions on whether to enhance existing platform infrastructure or create new solutions.

• Manage products through the production deployment phase and take responsibility for post-launch iterations in collaboration with health system clients.

• Maintain the data specification documentation for each product developed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Extensive expertise in Databricks/Spark at an architectural level, including performance tuning, cluster management, and Delta Lake design patterns.

• Proven experience in developing reusable data frameworks, tools, or platforms.

• A track record of hiring, mentoring, and retaining talented engineers.
