New Client Onboarding Analyst – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Client training and enablement:

• Facilitate in-depth training sessions on the platform to ensure clients fully grasp all aspects of the contracted product;

• Create materials, agendas, and resources essential for onboarding sessions;

• Assist clients in adopting best practices and familiarize them with the platform’s workflows and procedures.

• Implementation schedule management and execution:

• Strategize, organize, and oversee each client’s implementation timeline, ensuring adherence to deadlines;

• Act as the primary liaison between the client, sales, and internal teams to ensure the agreed-upon scope is delivered;

• Assess risks, align expectations, and confirm that all significant implementation milestones are met.

• New client portfolio follow-up (60–90 days):

• Oversee a portfolio of clients during the initial phase, conducting consistent follow-ups and check-in meetings;

• Track success metrics to guarantee engagement, adoption, and sustained use of the platform;

• Identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure the client attains the expected outcomes during the ramp-up phase;

• Strive for continued usage and facilitate a seamless transition to the Customer Success team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms;

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for presenting and leading meetings;

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple accounts concurrently;

• Analytical and consultative approach to comprehend client needs and make informed decisions;

• Proactive, empathetic, and oriented towards problem-solving;

• Inquisitive and eager to learn;

• Open to feedback.
