This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Perform proactive outreach to healthcare professionals regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidance.
• Interact with customers via virtual and digital tools, directing them to colleagues such as MSLs when necessary.
• Organize speaker programs and local provider groups to discuss experiences and outcomes.
• Provide opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead.
• Utilize competitive data, business reports, sales figures, and promotional budgets for territory analysis and business strategy.
• Educate office personnel on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures.
• Stay informed about ecosystem support resources and utilize them appropriately.
• Address objections and influence prescribing behaviors during office visits.
• Network with professional groups and key opinion leaders in the territory.
• Cultivate relationships with office and practice personnel, focusing on patient health.
• Conduct balanced office visits and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references.
• Share accurate product and competitive information to assist HCPs in improving patient outcomes.
• Report to the Area Business Lead and collaborate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support colleagues.
• At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales.
• Must live within a 50-mile radius of the primary city in the sales territory.
• Previous cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences or a related field.
• 4 or more years of experience in a sales role with healthcare professionals, ideally representing multiple products.
• Capability to thrive in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation.
• Demonstrated success in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Ability to execute business activities in line with company policies and guidelines.
• Capacity to assimilate and convey complex clinical and product information.
• Understanding of territory and business conditions that impact sales outcomes.
• Proficiency in utilizing competitive data, business reports, sales figures, and promotional budgets.
• Skill in educating office staff about payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures.
• Proficient in using approved promotional materials and technical references.
