This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of accountability for designated oncology network partners from the execution of contracts onwards, taking ownership of account health, engagement, and partner satisfaction.
• Ensure that network partners are fully engaged and effectively operating N-Power’s clinical programs, with a current focus on Prospective ECAs (ProECAs).
• Foster ongoing physician engagement through enrollment, advocacy, and referrals sourced from partners to expand the network.
• Manage the complete implementation process and the continuous operations of partners, overseeing staff rollout, EHR integration, and daily execution.
• Identify and address issues before they impact partner relationships.
• Establish a rhythm of partner engagement through quarterly business reviews, regular check-ins, onsite visits, and physician advisory boards.
• Ensure that N-Power’s value proposition is communicated effectively to physicians and practice staff.
• Advocate for clinical programs within partner organizations and articulate the value proposition to physicians and research teams.
• Develop and enhance scalable playbooks for partner management, physician engagement, and implementation processes.
• Track program performance and engagement metrics, proactively addressing any gaps that arise.
• Assist the BD team during contract negotiations by providing operational and implementation insights to influence deal terms and launch expectations.
• Over 8 years of experience in account management, client services, or partnership roles within oncology, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.
• Ideally possess direct exposure to clinical research and the operations of research sites.
• Have a working knowledge of oncology research and physician operations, including academic/community research workflows and administration of practice business.
• Experience with large health systems and adeptness in managing multi-stakeholder relationships and organizational complexities.
• Strong commercial and strategic insight.
• Experience in program or implementation management, including coordination across various functions.
• Exceptional skills in relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is preferable.
• Demonstrated behavioral competencies of being Generous, Curious, and Humble.
• Must possess current authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to travel as required for partner and physician relations.
