Network Operations Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee, diagnose, and escalate alerts pertaining to the global network infrastructure.

• Oversee, diagnose, and escalate alerts in critical applications and backend processes.

• Execute system administration tasks, which include user creation and group management in Active Directory.

• Execute network administration duties, involving switch port configuration adjustments on Cisco and Juniper switches.

• Aid in troubleshooting broadband, network, and wireless issues at retail locations.

• Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of broadband circuits in retail environments.

• Support departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Provide continuous support 24x7 across business offices, distribution and fulfillment centers, retail stores, and restaurants worldwide.

• Collaborate effectively with Technical Services and Operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of Windows or MacOS.

• Fundamental knowledge of networking and troubleshooting, including wireless networks.

• Strong communication skills.

• Willingness to engage in peer discussions actively.

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and methodologies.

• Experience with Juniper EX switching is advantageous.

• Experience with Cisco switching is beneficial.

• Availability for a full-time 10-hour shift, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Sunday through Wednesday.
