This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture the Network Operations Tech Leads; Take responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle within the NetOps team.
• Establish and uphold operational standards, processes, and SLAs throughout network operations; Serve as the escalation point for critical network incidents.
• Align the network operations strategy with the overarching technology roadmap; Oversee relationships with connectivity providers and infrastructure partners.
• Develop and maintain the network operations documentation framework, including runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, and incident management procedures.
• Proficient English communication skills (C1 or higher).
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing technical teams within network operations or similar 24x7 settings.
• Strong technical expertise in networking, encompassing Layer 2 & 3 (VLANs, trunking, spanning tree), IP networking (BGP, OSPF, ACLs, subnetting), Network security (firewalls, DDoS mitigation), and monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, LibreNMS).
• Experience handling critical incidents with structured communication and resolution strategies.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance operational requirements and long-term objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA are required; advanced certifications (e.g., CCNP) are advantageous.
