Network Development Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the current activities of the Network (newsletter, online meetings, member coordination, and communication).

• Generate innovative ideas and proposals aimed at the Network’s expansion and advancement.

• Foster inclusive and impactful opportunities for members to influence the Network’s priorities and development.

• Collaborate in the design and execution of the in-person event in October 2026, marking a significant milestone for the Network.

• Enhance the Network's visibility and communication both internally and externally.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in network or coalition development, movement building, or facilitating civil society networks.

• A history of creating and implementing original ideas, preferably within the realms of women's rights, human rights, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of women’s rights and gender-based violence, along with familiarity with the civil society landscape in the Eurasia region.

• Demonstrated facilitation skills, including the ability to design and conduct participatory meetings both online and in person.

• Exceptional written and verbal proficiency in Russian and English.

• Knowledge of digital security, confidentiality, and safe organizing practices in challenging environments.

• Capacity to work autonomously, effectively manage their time, and deliver consistently with minimal oversight.
