This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Identify and engage healthcare providers who align well with the Devoted Health network through targeted outreach and relationship building.
• Develop, enhance, and sustain a high-quality provider network within a designated geographic area.
• Serve as the representative of Devoted Health to potential providers by effectively communicating our mission, model, and network expectations.
• Assist providers throughout the contracting process, including educating them on terms, requirements, and subsequent steps.
• Streamline the provider contracting process by preparing and routing standard agreements in accordance with approved templates and pricing guidelines.
• Oversee contract execution activities, which includes tracking necessary documentation, managing workflows, and ensuring timely signatures.
• Leverage relevant data, market insights, and provider information to analyze issues, support negotiations, and aid in overcoming contracting challenges alongside leadership.
• Prioritize assigned contracting tasks within set guidelines, utilizing sound judgment and escalating inquiries or risks as necessary to meet deadlines and performance objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Network Operations, Credentialing, Finance, and Market teams to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and status tracking within internal systems.
• Contribute to wider Network Development initiatives and continuous process improvement efforts.
• Execute other job-related responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or provider contracting (preferred).
• Understanding of Medicare Advantage programs, network requirements, and provider contracting models (preferred).
• Background in sales, business development, or relationship management (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities (preferred).
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through (preferred).
• Comfort with working across multiple systems and tools concurrently (preferred).
• Ability to make prompt, independent decisions within established guidelines (preferred).
