This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and respond to user inquiries through Streamline, our ticketing platform, prioritizing prompt resolution of issues and effective communication.
• Analyze system behavior, pinpoint underlying causes, and rectify issues within our NetSuite environment.
• Utilize workflows, saved searches, reports, and custom records to aid in the daily operations of the business.
• Participate in enhancements and customizations of NetSuite, including support for workflows, scripting, and other tailored functionalities.
• Understand how NetSuite integrates with internal teams and external systems, including the creation and synchronization of records beyond NetSuite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to address concerns, provide answers, and enhance the user experience.
• Assist in documenting system knowledge and maintaining clear internal documentation to ensure continuity.
• Support occasional projects aimed at boosting system performance, usability, and alignment with business processes.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a CRM/ERP support role.
• 1-3 years of proven experience with NetSuite.
• Proficiency in NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, and custom records.
• Capability to troubleshoot issues, investigate system behavior, and manage support requests with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with accounting processes related to NetSuite is highly desirable.
• Experience in a NetSuite OneWorld or multi-subsidiary environment is greatly appreciated.
