This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee the daily administration of NetSuite, which encompasses roles and permissions, managing reports and Saved Searches, and upholding system controls to facilitate our financial and operational workflows.
• Design, construct, and sustain customizations for our financial and operational modules. Develop and manage workflows and SuiteScripts (JavaScript) to aid in automating and optimizing processes. Configure and maintain workflows, custom fields, custom records, scripted logic, and saved searches to support business operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for support tickets related to NetSuite and other associated systems. Offer user training, how-to documentation, and best practices to enhance NetSuite utilization and self-service capabilities.
• Create and maintain thorough process documentation, including business workflows, system configurations, and user manuals.
• Be a vital resource during our financial month-end close process to assist and troubleshoot issues within our NetSuite environment.
• Design, construct, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other related systems. Address and resolve any integration errors promptly to ensure data integrity.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, Consultant, or in a similar capacity.
• Extensive hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, including roles/permissions, workflows, custom fields/records, saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes (GL, AP, AR, revenue, billing, purchasing).
• Experience with sandbox management, deployment processes, and release testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as UML, as well as familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
