NetSuite Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage the daily functions, setup, upkeep, and updates of the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring peak performance and minimal downtime.

• Develop and sustain custom records, fields, lists, forms, and workflows to align with business requirements.

• Possess knowledge of third-party integrations with NetSuite to help resolve integration challenges.

• Offer technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and lead user training sessions to promote the adoption and effective utilization of NetSuite.

• Ensure data accuracy, create standard operating procedures for data entry, and conduct regular audits to keep records clean and precise.

• Work with cross-functional teams to evaluate and enhance business processes, suggesting and implementing system improvements.

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and reporting obligations, producing custom reports and saved searches as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a comparable position.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing NetSuite modules including Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations, OneWorld, Multi-book Accounting, and Advanced Revenue Management.

• Skilled in NetSuite data imports and exports for data uploads and updates through CSV as part of data management.

• Capable of diagnosing and resolving system issues, interpreting error messages, and enhancing system performance.

• Familiar with data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, or BI platforms.

• Proficient in designing and refining workflows, saved searches, and dashboards.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across all organizational levels.

• Solid project management capabilities with the knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
