• Collaborating with stakeholders and senior team members to clarify and understand the requirements for a data platform and its related applications.
• Designing and executing full stack features for applications, integrating technical aspects from the database to the user interface in accordance with established patterns and guidelines.
• Developing and maintaining APIs and service components to facilitate platform workflows, adhering to team standards for versioning, security, and performance.
• Contributing to microservices and event-driven components by implementing defined stories, integrations, and message handlers with necessary guidance.
• Engaging in reporting, data management, and operational tooling activities by delivering incremental improvements and fixes.
• Enhancing system reliability, performance, and security by identifying defects or gaps in workflows, writing fixes, and participating in reviews and test coverage.
• Collaborating with distributed team members through code reviews, pair programming, and shared accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Supporting CI/CD practices by maintaining build quality, enhancing test automation, and assisting with deployments under guidance.
• Participating in production support as necessary (triage, troubleshooting, and defect resolution), appropriately escalating issues.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical work and seek clarifications.
• Ability to effectively operate in a remote, multicultural team environment, showing openness to feedback and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
• Organized and self-driven, possessing solid analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of delivering results on assigned tasks with suitable guidance.
• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack software development (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficient in .NET/C# and .NET Core / ASP.NET Core for developing web applications and services.
• Experience in building or consuming RESTful APIs, with a foundational understanding of security basics (authentication/authorization) and performance considerations.
• Familiarity with microservices concepts and/or event-driven architectures (message-based integration), with the ability to implement components under guidance.
• Competence in TypeScript + React (or a similar modern SPA framework) at a feature-delivery level (components, state management, API integration).
• Proficient SQL Server skills (schema fundamentals, query writing, basic indexing, and performance troubleshooting).
