.NET Full Stack Developer – Technology & AI Labs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and launch full-stack web applications utilizing React, .NET Core (C#), and contemporary frameworks.

• Create and sustain robust data layers, incorporating both relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB).

• Design and enhance database objects — stored procedures, indexes, and queries — to guarantee optimal performance and scalability.

• Partner with product managers and design teams to convert intricate domain workflows within Embrace's regulated sectors into user-friendly, efficient experiences.

• Establish, secure, and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices hosted on Microsoft Azure.

• Construct and oversee CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using Azure DevOps.

• Manage Azure services such as App Service, Containers, Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, and Application Insights.

• Enhance both front-end and back-end performance for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code in alignment with industry best practices.

• Engage in architecture planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement efforts alongside senior and principal engineers within the Embrace Technology Group.

• Work with an AI-first approach, utilizing Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or JetBrains AI as your primary development tools. Most of your coding will be AI-assisted, requiring you to review, refine, and validate the output to meet production standards.

• Contribute to new product developments and modernization across Embrace's six regulated industry verticals, in addition to special projects from Venture AI Labs — including prototypes, applied experiments, and zero-to-one product initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in .NET Core / C# full stack development, encompassing ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Entity Framework.

• Proficient in React (TypeScript is a plus) with a focus on building modern, high-performing web UIs.

• Strong skills in SQL Server — including schema design, stored procedures, indexes, and query optimization — along with practical experience in NoSQL (MongoDB or similar).

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Service, Containers, Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Service Bus, and Application Insights.

• Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps — including building pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.

• Hands-on experience in AI-first development utilizing tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or JetBrains AI.

• Ability to prompt, review, and guide AI output, knowing when to make overrides.

• Proficiency in Python as a supplementary technology is a strong advantage.
