📋 Description

• Generate new business revenue by fostering strong, authentic, and trustworthy relationships with customers.

• Oversee all facets of player relationships through nationwide and local events, consistent communication, and addressing escalations.

• Keep a comprehensive understanding of the market while actively offering new promotions to clients.

• Gather customer feedback to facilitate platform enhancements and recognize potential opportunities.

• Implement all VIP policies and guidelines, ensuring adherence to responsible gaming practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a customer-facing position.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and entrepreneurial setting.

• An analytical mindset to make swift and assured decisions based on data and trends.

• Openness to travel and availability to work nights and weekends.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary State Gaming Licenses and required financial licenses.
