National Director, Concierge Care – RN

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, launch, and expansion of private-pay home health services in Southern California.

• Act as the Administrator of Record for the Southern California home health agency, ensuring adherence to all state licensing and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with the President to establish and implement market entry strategies, growth plans, and long-term objectives.

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Concierge Nursing Referral Services (CNRS) across all operational states.

• Develop and enhance clinical quality frameworks and performance metrics across both home health and registry service lines.

• Recruit and cultivate a high-performing interdisciplinary team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.

• Qualified to serve as Administrator for a California Home Health Agency (fulfilling Title 22 requirements).

• At least 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare sectors.

• Proven track record in establishing or expanding healthcare programs, service lines, or new markets.

• Strong understanding of California home health regulations and compliance obligations.

• Demonstrated capability to lead both clinical and operational teams effectively.
