This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Deliver email and chat support (no phone calls!) to Spotify users.
• Respond to common "how-to" inquiries and frequently asked questions.
• Assist with account management and issues related to payments.
• Guide users through troubleshooting processes with patience and clarity.
• Proficient in Polish (C1) and English (C1).
• Possess a valid EU work permit.
• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Strong written communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
