Music Production Expert, Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct head-to-head comparisons of AI-generated songs focusing on musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.

• Categorize songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and various other musical traits.

• Assess AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference materials to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Collaborate with a leading AI laboratory to evaluate generative music AI models.

• Engage in projects that enhance AI systems while working in both Bengali and English.

• Complete all required application and onboarding processes, including the Bilingual Competency Interview conducted in Bengali.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess native or near-native proficiency in Bengali.

• Capable of following detailed written instructions in English.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.

• Equipped with headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

• Engagement as an independent contractor is required.

• Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates will not be considered.

• Preferred: formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.

• Preferred: experience with credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.

• Preferred: a broad understanding of contemporary Bengali genres, sub-genres, and artists.
