This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Taking ownership of the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, which encompasses onboarding, adoption, renewal, and upselling activities.
• Acting as the main point of contact for enterprise clients throughout Europe.
• Assisting clients during the onboarding process and ensuring seamless data collection from both online and offline media channels.
• Establishing and nurturing robust relationships with senior stakeholders, including CMOs, Media Directors, Marketing Effectiveness Leads, and agency partners.
• Converting Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) findings into clear, actionable recommendations for media and business strategies.
• Leading regular strategic reviews, executive presentations, and discussions on business performance.
• Providing clients with advice on media investment choices and measurement tactics.
• Collaborating with internal data, analytics, and product teams to guarantee successful outcomes for clients.
• Tracking account health, recognizing growth opportunities, and facilitating retention and expansion efforts.
• Assisting in renewal negotiations and driving commercial growth within current accounts.
• Representing the customer's voice internally and contributing to initiatives aimed at product enhancement.
• Instructing clients on measurement methodologies, attribution principles, and best practices for media performance.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Strategic Consulting, Media Strategy, Marketing Analytics, or roles related to Measurement.
• Background in media agencies, marketing measurement vendors, AdTech/MarTech companies, or in-house marketing effectiveness teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise B2B accounts and relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of media planning, media performance, and marketing measurement.
• Extensive knowledge of media KPIs, including Reach, Frequency, Attribution, ROAS, Incremental ROAS, and concepts related to MMM.
• Proficient in interpreting analytical results and converting them into business recommendations.
• Experience in delivering executive-level presentations and conducting strategic business reviews.
• Exceptional communication, relationship management, and consultative selling abilities.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with technical, data, and product teams.
• Fluent in business-level French and English (mandatory).
• Native or fully bilingual in Spanish, Italian, or German, depending on the market.
