Multifunctional Technical Cadastre Specialist — Geoprocessing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the functional expert for the Real Estate Registration / Multi-Purpose Technical Cadastre (CTM).

• Examine and interpret urban planning, tax, and cadastral regulations relevant to municipalities.

• Oversee requirements gathering and validation with clients, particularly municipal governments.

• Convert legal and functional needs into structured requirements for technical teams.

• Assist in conceptual and logical data modeling (entity-relationship models), ensuring alignment with legislation and business rules.

• Engage in technical discussions with development teams regarding data structures, integrations, and system impacts.

• Assess the implications of legal changes on the solution and recommend suitable adjustments.

• Serve as a liaison between internal departments (Product, Development, Implementation, Operations, and Sales).

• Support technical positions with well-reasoned arguments and documented justifications.

• Facilitate functional and strategic meetings with clients.

• Recommend structural enhancements to the cadastre model and related processes.

• Maintain a focus on feasibility, delivery, and results, balancing legal, technical, and operational factors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Geoprocessing, Engineering, Architecture and Urbanism, Geography, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience with Real Estate Cadastre or Multi-Purpose Technical Cadastre (CTM).

• Familiarity with municipal legislation related to territorial cadastre and taxation.

• Experience in requirements elicitation and functional documentation.

• Capability to collaborate with technical teams on data modeling and structure.

• Experience in client-facing meetings with a consultative approach.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to defend positions and provide technical guidance.
