This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

• Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide relevant product information.

• Aid in building relationships with both new and existing clients across various product lines.

• Assist in the daily operations of the office, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.

• Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing community awareness.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and deliver a consistent customer experience.

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet office goals.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in customer service, business support, or insurance is preferred.

• Possession of a P&C License is required.

• Experience with State Farm is necessary.
