Motion Graphics Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design motion graphics and animated assets for branding, product promotion, and social media content.

• Investigate and aid in defining motion principles, transitions, and visual behaviors that contribute to brand guidelines.

• Assist in the development of brand guidelines by testing motion styles, typography in motion, pacing, and tone.

• Create content suitable for various platforms and aspect ratios, including social media and product-driven formats.

• Collaborate with editors to enhance films using motion elements, titles, and graphic systems.

• Aid in adapting and localizing motion content for diverse markets.

• Organize and manage motion assets, templates, and shared files.

• Provide creative ideas during the development process and early concept phases.

• Occasionally assist with light pre-production tasks such as gathering visual references and creating style frames.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a motion graphics artist, preferably in branding, advertising, or product storytelling.

• Proficient in After Effects, with a solid grasp of animation principles.

• Competent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and some basic 3D skills.

• Basic understanding of Canva and/or Figma for modifying layouts, templates, and brand assets.

• Strong visual instincts, with a focus on rhythm, clarity, and emotional tone.

• Capability to work within and contribute to the evolution of an existing brand system.

• Comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining clear communication.

• Preferable: Experience in contributing to or assisting with brand guidelines.

• Experience in healthcare, technology, or human-centered storytelling.

• Background in illustration or design.

• Familiarity with localization and multi-language workflows.
