
Motion & Graphic Designer – Remote Mexico

• Create engaging design assets, including ad sets and landing pages, driven by data to enhance digital marketing KPIs.
• Develop motion graphics and concise short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Revise existing video materials into high-impact ad units customized for platform specifications, aspect ratios, and audience attention spans.
• Work collaboratively with media and content teams to ensure motion creative aligns with audience insights and campaign objectives.
• Uphold brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while creatively adapting to various audience segments and platforms.
• Partner with internal and client teams to grasp business objectives, target demographics, and other data points to facilitate the creation of A/B tests and data-driven designs.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments utilizing CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to collect insights and validate design choices.
• Continuously refine and iterate designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing results.
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently while effectively communicating with project management and other internal stakeholders to provide project status updates, address feedback, and ensure their needs are met.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly focused on performance-driven creative and CRO.
• At least 1 year of experience in motion graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
• Basic video editing and motion graphics skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge and practical experience with performance marketing metrics such as A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, and Heatmapping, along with experience in designing for performance-driven campaigns.
• Motivated to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations.
