Motion Designer, Video Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Premium Product UI Motion: Transform static user interface designs into ultra-fluid, Apple-tier product animations and feature reveals. You will take charge of the presentation of our app and desktop workflows, ensuring that every transition, cursor movement, and screen state appears seamless and visually refined across marketing channels.

• UGC & Social Ad Editing: Edit raw creator footage into high-converting ads for Meta and TikTok, incorporating alternate hooks, pacing edits, and dynamic captions.

• Performance Iteration: Collaborate directly with the performance marketing team to analyze ad data. You will promptly replace underperforming hooks, experiment with various visual alternatives, and iterate based on actual ad account metrics to maintain creative freshness.

• Systems & Templates: Create and sustain a reusable library of lower-thirds, text styles, transitions, and brand assets to enhance asset production efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Dual Design & Editing Skillset: 2+ years of professional experience merging high-end custom motion graphics with video editing, specifically for B2B SaaS or tech brands.

• Post-Production Fluency: Expert-level proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the capability to accurately extract software UI components into your motion timelines.

• Mastery of Fluid Motion: A portfolio demonstrating world-class SaaS product animations featuring impeccable easing curves, custom path animations, and premium pacing. You know how to make software interactions visually appealing, not just functional, and can effectively edit raw creator footage for high retention and synchronized audio beats.

• Production Speed: A fast-paced editing approach that enables you to swiftly export asset variations and iterative adjustments based on performance data.

• AI Tool Integration: Genuine enthusiasm for utilizing modern AI video tools (such as smart tracking, audio cleaning, or auto-captioning) to enhance your daily pipeline output.
