
Motion Designer – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Develop performance advertisements, brand videos, motion graphics, tutorials, and product videos.
• Oversee projects from the approved brief or concept to final delivery.
• Tailor creative content for various platforms, formats, placements, and target audiences.
• Review scripts and concepts, determine necessary visual assets, and independently create or acquire supporting footage, B-roll, reference images, and other creative components using AI and other production tools.
• Produce multiple iterations for ongoing creative testing.
• Leverage performance insights to enhance hooks, pacing, messaging, and overall execution.
• Collaborate with creative strategists on briefs, target audiences, references, and campaign objectives.
• Provide hooks, visual concepts, and script enhancements as needed.
• Generate supporting graphics, text animations, visual effects, and static assets.
• Utilize AI tools to create, enhance, animate, localize, and scale content.
• Stay updated on advertising trends, competitor creatives, and best practices across platforms.
• Experiment with new formats, tools, editing techniques, and automation workflows.
• Create reusable templates and maintain organized project documentation.
• Over 3 years of experience in video editing or motion design within growth marketing (mobile apps).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of pacing, composition, motion, sound design, and color correction.
• Experience in producing performance ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar.
• Deep understanding of what captures attention and creates effective hooks.
• Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR, CPI, CPA, ROAS, and retention.
• Strong expertise in utilizing AI tools for generating reference images, visual assets, and videos (Veo, Higgsfield, Kling, Nano Banana, Claude, or similar tools).
• Ability to transform briefs, scripts, references, and raw assets into engaging content.
• Basic graphic design skills for creating static assets and supplementary visuals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• A creative and experimental mindset, eager to learn, test, and improve.
• Capacity to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• A portfolio showcasing video editing, motion design, and digital advertising projects.
