Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Creation of promotional videos for user engagement across various channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) based on briefs provided by marketers.

• Participation in the development of new ideas and concepts for advertising materials.

• Independent work on variations of successful concepts.

• Proactive and effective collaboration with the marketing team (marketers and designers).

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Motion Designer for at least 1 year.

• Understanding of basic design principles, along with foundational knowledge of typography and composition.

• Familiarity with the specifics of advertising content across different social media platforms.

• Ability to select colors, effectively use music and sound in videos, synchronize them with the dynamics of the frames, and appropriately highlight key elements.

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Experience with Photoshop or Figma.
