Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop high-impact **animated and static marketing creatives** for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, App Store, Google Play, and other paid advertising channels.

• Oversee the complete creative production process from start to finish, including the creation or sourcing of visual assets, animation, editing, music selection, and the incorporation of sound effects.

• Generate innovative concepts, engaging hooks, and visual themes for new advertising creatives. The designer brings the idea to life.

• Constantly investigate new perspectives, visual styles, formats, and creative methods to discover what resonates with the target audience.

• Transform creative insights into more robust concepts, fresh variations, and higher-performing advertisements, week after week.

⛳️ Requirements

• An outstanding portfolio or showreel that reflects strong motion design abilities, a solid grasp of animation principles, and sharp creative thinking.

• Background in creating performance marketing creatives, user acquisition ads, or mobile advertising is a significant advantage.

• A curious and creative mindset with a genuine passion for understanding the psychology behind what compels people to stop scrolling, click, and install. The ideal candidate stays updated on trends, generates ideas, and takes full ownership from concept to finished product.

• A keen visual sensibility. While motion design is central to the role, the designer adeptly combines typography, composition, color, and imagery into compelling marketing assets before animating them.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects.

• Proficiency with AI tools in the creative workflow is a plus—whatever achieves the best results in the shortest time.
