Motion Designer, AI Video Creator – Part-time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create packs of advertising video content based on briefs from the Creative Marketing Manager, producing up to 2–3 packs daily with 3 videos in each pack.

• Develop hyper-realistic AI avatars and incorporate them seamlessly into the creative as authentic-looking user-generated content (UGC).

• Independently gather visual references and trending content from various social media platforms.

• Keep track of trends on TikTok and Instagram, quickly transforming them into engaging creative content.

• Enhance workflow using tools, plugins, and automation while ensuring quality is maintained.

• Produce video content for Aligned, a subscription-based AI Coach, leveraging insights from over 1,000 books and expert knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in dynamic video editing, including Reels, TikTok, and advertising creatives.

• A minimum of 6 months of practical experience with Generative AI video tools.

• A proven track record of creating hyper-realistic AI avatars that are indistinguishable from real humans.

• Capability to take a raw script without a mood board and independently deliver a polished video pack by 6–7 PM.

• Proficiency in sourcing native, non-stock footage from TikTok, Instagram, and Threads.

• English proficiency at B1+ level; speaking is not required, but the ability to read and understand briefs is essential.

• Bonus: experience in performance marketing teams or digital agencies.

• Bonus: knowledge of basic marketing principles, such as hook frames and ad pacing.
