📋 Description

• **POSITION OVERVIEW**

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced DSCR Loan Officer to become a part of our dynamic and entrepreneurial lending team, reporting directly to our VP of Sales. In this role, you will drive revenue by originating hard money loans for residential real estate investors, specifically focusing on fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, and DSCR segments. You will manage the complete sales cycle from prospect to closure while cultivating meaningful, long-term client relationships.

• **RESPONSIBILITIES**

• __Client Engagement__

• - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with real estate investors through regular communication and personalized service by making over 100 outbound calls daily.

• - Serve as a trusted advisor and consultative partner to real estate investors/clients by educating them on Park Place Finance’s range of tailored lending solutions and loan products, assisting them in navigating Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, RTL, and DSCR loan offerings.

• - Provide an exceptional experience by delivering clear and consistent updates throughout the loan lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with borrowers as well as internal teams and departments.

• __Loan Qualification & Structuring__

• - Assist clients in the investment readiness process by gathering financials, property details, and business plans.

• - Evaluate borrower experience, deal strength, and risk profile to determine eligibility and alignment with underwriting criteria for a quicker and smoother process.

• - Utilize company-provided sizing tools to structure loans in accordance with internal guidelines for expedited closings.

• __Sales & Pipeline Management__

• - Respond promptly to inquiries from internal teammates and external sources, converting qualified leads into viable loan options.

• - Track deal status and proactively manage follow-ups to prevent delays and enhance conversion rates.

• - Submit 1-2 qualified loan deals into processing weekly with all necessary documentation.

• - Take complete ownership of your sales pipeline, ensuring timely progression from origination to closure.

• __Internal Collaboration__

• - Collaborate closely with loan processors, underwriters, and operations to guarantee a seamless transition from sales to fulfillment.

• - Communicate deal specifics, timelines, and borrower expectations clearly to all internal stakeholders.

• - Work together on process enhancements that promote speed, scalability, and service excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA)**

• __Required__:

• - Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the real estate, lending, or financial services industry.

• - At least 1 year of consultative/inside sales experience.

• - Proven ability to close 5+ loans per month (DSCR/RTL) for residential investments.

• - Strong computer skills and proficiency with CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.

• - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, positively influence, articulate clearly, and establish trust.

• - High level of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic with a "work hard, play hard" mentality.

• - Ability to think critically, overcome obstacles, and propose solutions that align with both client and company needs.

• __Preferred__:

• - Track record of consistently closing $2M+ in monthly loan volume within residential transitional lending (RTL).

• - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, filters, data organization).

• - Experience in a lead-generated, consultative sales environment within real estate finance or mortgage lending.
