Mortgage Loan Officer – All States Except NY

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Accountable for cultivating referral partnerships within the assigned local area

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with an active state license compliant with the NMLS Safe Act

• Established network of contacts and referral partners

• Familiarity with various loan types and credit bureaus

• Experience with the loan process and general underwriting standards

• Achieving a minimum of 1 million in self-generated production

• College degree preferred, but not mandatory if supported by demonstrable mortgage experience

• Proven history of actively seeking new business opportunities

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Capability to work independently and remotely
