Młodszy Administrator Systemów IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Administration of BLIK System components.

• Collaboration with Participants regarding connections to the System.

• Coordination with technical service providers for System infrastructure.

• Cooperation with other organizational units of BLIK to maintain and deliver System services.

• Handling service requests and incidents (failures) from Participants and technical service providers of BLIK.

• Management of incidental events during night shifts and on days off.

• Other substantive tasks assigned by the supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Basic understanding of LAN networking concepts.

• Proficiency in English at a communicative level.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and excellent organizational skills.

• Availability for shift work from Monday to Friday between 07:00-20:00 (8 hours daily).

• Willingness to take on night duty and work on days off (remotely).

• A proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Desirable: Basic programming skills in system management automation (e.g., BASH).

• Familiarity with configuration standardization/hardening of systems.

• Knowledge of JIRA and Nagios tools.

• Fundamentals of operating system monitoring.
