📋 Description

• Develop scripts tailored to current production requirements, focusing on existing AI characters (our proprietary intellectual properties).

• Produce narrative-rich, long-form video content that includes stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, prioritizing storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence throughout.

• Oversee all aspects of AI video production workflows, from concept and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production.

• Collaborate extensively with ComfyUI pipelines, designing, customizing, and optimizing node-based workflows for both image and video generation.

• Leverage tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), ComfyUI, Runway, Pika, and other AI video platforms to create high-quality visual sequences.

• Establish and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across longer narratives through advanced techniques.

• Integrate motion graphic design and color correction to yield cohesive final outputs.

• Rapidly experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows while sharing knowledge with the team.

• Align with the creative direction set by your Content Lead while exercising a significant level of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making.

• Continuously enhance workflows for better efficiency, scalability, and output quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, showcasing a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is essential).

• Demonstrated experience with ComfyUI (mandatory), including constructing and managing intricate node-based workflows.

• Strong expertise in Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111 and related tools (Advanced prompting, working with trained LoRAs, refining, upscaling, inpainting, etc.).

• Practical experience with the latest AI video tools and models (e.g., Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and similar emerging technologies).

• Comprehensive understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, encompassing prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing.

• Familiarity with traditional tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar for final assembly and refinement.

• Strong knowledge of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic language.

• Ability to ensure character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English).

• High level of ownership — capable of bringing ideas from concept to completion independently.

• Experimental mindset — comfortable with navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving tools.

• Quick iteration cycles — able to test, fail, refine, and enhance rapidly.

• Curious and self-motivated — consistently exploring new AI capabilities and workflows.
