Mid-level Systems Implementation Consultant – Legal Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The individual will be responsible for promoting system adoption and engagement among clients.

• Actively identify opportunities for improvement, address issues, and suggest actions that enhance the software's value.

• This position demands a blend of technical expertise, business insight, and project management skills.

• Act as the main liaison between Benner's internal departments (Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Projects), ensuring that initiatives are aligned with customer success objectives.

• Metrics Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze system usage metrics such as logins, access to essential modules, average session duration, and NPS.

• Diagnosis and Intervention: Engage with clients to diagnose barriers to adoption, including insufficient training or technical challenges.

• Conducting Training and Enablement: Organize and deliver hands-on training to promote effective system utilization.

• Adoption Action Management: Prioritize and strategize initiatives based on client profiles and anticipated impact.

• Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Create comprehensive reports on the outcomes of initiatives undertaken, including lessons learned and success metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or related fields.

• Desired Experience and Knowledge: Background in project management, Customer Success, consulting, or related areas.

• Experience with data analysis and familiarity with engagement monitoring tools.

• Technical Skills: Understanding of legal department operations, particularly in modules like Litigation and Contracts.

• Strong data-driven mindset, capable of making decisions based on metrics and indicators.

• Behavioral Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

• Organized and results-oriented, with a keen attention to deadlines and quality outputs.

• Differentials: Previous involvement in system adoption initiatives.

• Prior experience in legal departments or with legal technology solutions.
