• Deliver remote IT assistance across RD Station, engaging with users through chat, email, and the support portal.
• Record, monitor, and manage tickets in the ITSM tool to ensure prompt incident resolution.
• Develop scripts and solutions to address hardware and software technical challenges.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and implement enhancements to the IT infrastructure.
• Safeguard data security and ensure service continuity, prioritizing the internal customer experience.
• Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst (either remote or in-person).
• Intermediate proficiency in Windows operating systems, along with knowledge of macOS and/or Linux.
• Capability to execute basic hardware maintenance and install/configure software applications.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, including connectivity, Wi-Fi, and file sharing.
• Experience in managing accounts and permissions, particularly with Active Directory.
• Acquainted with ticketing and incident management tools (preferably Jira) and remote access software for support purposes.
