Mid-Level Full-Stack Software Engineer, Front End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Break down intricate challenges into detailed specifications that AI agents can execute, taking ownership of the final output through thorough human evaluation.

• Create and sustain vertical slices of functionality, which include React frontends, Node services, Prisma schemas, and AWS infrastructure.

• Manage the user experience for complex workflows laden with policies, ensuring that multi-step wizards and data-rich interfaces are user-friendly and straightforward.

• Design and uphold a React/TypeScript component library with built-in accessibility features (Section 508/WCAG) from the ground up.

• Uphold a high standard for production software through Test-Driven Development (TDD), automated CI scans, and Playwright end-to-end testing.

• Function in a continuously green main branch environment, delivering small, reviewable changes to stakeholders on a regular basis.

• Disseminate knowledge via documentation, demonstrations, and collaboration to enhance the team’s engineering capabilities and AI guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clearance: Capability to acquire and sustain a US Secret security clearance.

• Over 3 years of experience in developing production web systems.

• Technical Stack: Expertise in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.

• Agentic AI Literacy: Practical experience utilizing AI development tools (Codex, Claude Code, or similar) on real-world codebases.

• Ecosystem Fluency: Strong comprehension of cloud infrastructure (AWS), CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), and security principles.
