Mid-level Developer, iOS/Android/Smart TV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver application support (Tier 2/3), investigating and resolving incidents on Android, iOS, and Smart TVs.

• Conduct troubleshooting for both functional and technical issues in production environments.

• Analyze logs, crashes, and usage metrics to pinpoint failures.

• Collaborate with development teams to rectify bugs and implement enhancements.

• Oversee deployments and execute validations in production (mobile and TV).

• Ensure the stability and performance of applications across various devices.

• Assist Tier 1/2 teams with technical analysis and provide guidance on solutions.

• Document recurring issues and suggest continuous improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting or developing Android and iOS applications.

• Familiarity with the operation and publication processes of apps on Smart TVs (Samsung and LG).

• Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (such as Firebase, Crashlytics, etc.).

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend integration.

• Knowledge of app store publication processes (Google Play, App Store, Samsung/LG Stores).

• Experience with version control systems (Git).

• Strong analytical skills for effective troubleshooting and problem resolution.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with video streaming applications.

• Familiarity with TV platforms (Tizen – Samsung, webOS – LG).

• Experience with CI/CD tools for mobile applications.

• Knowledge of app performance and optimization techniques.

• Experience with testing and validation across multiple devices.
