This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Formulate recommendations and implement enhancements to data standards, processes, and definitions within your department.
• Collaborate with global team leaders by delivering analytical insights through accessible, business-oriented datasets and visual data dashboards.
• Actively engage in discussions with various global teams and contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
• Uncover insights that will influence the broader organization by leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
• Consult with managers and team leaders; assist them in transforming ambiguous or poorly defined issues into clearly identifiable problems/questions that are measurable.
• Relevant experience in analyzing large datasets and synthesizing insights into actionable product recommendations.
• Experience in managing stakeholder requests, advocating for prioritization and impact.
• Capability to communicate complex data and technical concepts clearly and succinctly to a non-technical audience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience; able to translate business requests into code that provides answers.
• Advanced skills in creating data visualizations (Looker ML, Metabase, etc.).
• Strong understanding of statistics and data science methodologies (e.g., regression, segmentation, forecasting).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to excellence and continuous improvement; strong execution capabilities and the ability to drive projects to completion.
• Ability to think critically, quickly grasp problems, and identify solutions.
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
