Mid-level Content Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Generate written content within the designated coverage area, including articles and social media updates (Instagram).

• Develop and evaluate presentations, particularly in PowerPoint, ensuring clarity, editorial quality, visual consistency, textual accuracy, and appropriateness for the target audience.

• Assess articles in specific subject areas (public examinations, public careers, legislation, and related topics), ensuring precision, robust narrative structure, suitable language, and adherence to the company's editorial standards.

• Evaluate the performance of published content by analyzing audience engagement, conversion rates, and search engine positioning metrics.

• Work alongside the SEO analyst, directing the optimization of articles based on keywords, search intent, and Google ranking evaluations.

• Track results and suggest ongoing enhancements to the editorial strategy and content planning.

• Utilize artificial intelligence tools to aid in research, production, editing, organization, and optimization of content.

• Ensure responsible utilization of artificial intelligence by verifying information, checking sources, adhering to copyright laws, and managing risks associated with inaccurate content.

• Organize priorities, delegate tasks, monitor deadlines, and assume responsibility for the quality of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field; preference for Law, Social Communication, Journalism, or related disciplines.

• Experience in producing, editing, or proofreading journalistic content.

• Proficient in WordPress for publishing, editing, and organizing content.

• Excellent command of the Portuguese language, including proper grammar.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint.

• Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence tools applied to content production.

• Understanding of editorial SEO and techniques for optimizing articles.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, or similar platforms (desirable).

• Experience with public examinations, law, public administration, or educational topics (desirable).

• Prior experience in news portals, digital newsrooms, or content teams (desirable).

• Familiarity with WordPress SEO plugins such as Yoast or Rank Math (desirable).
