Mid-Level Attorney – Consumer Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a strategic outlook

• Management of client relationships

• Supervision of team performance and KPI tracking

• Formulate both preventive and contentious strategies, and execute actions to enhance resolution rates

• Oversee consumer law cases with a high degree of technical independence

• Evaluate risks and establish legal strategies in partnership with leadership

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consumer law

• Proficient in English

• Completed law degree

• In-depth understanding of Consumer Law, including experience with PROCONs (consumer protection agencies)

• Familiarity with both judicial and extrajudicial processes

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
