Mid iOS Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• In the role of an iOS Engineer, you will engage with some of the most essential, high-traffic, and visible segments of our application.

• You will be involved in designing projects that influence how individuals make one of the most significant decisions in their lives.

• Your contributions will have a direct effect on the core user experience by emphasizing: Native B2C features developed with Swift and SwiftUI, high-performance components that eradicate bottlenecks, and the smooth integration of AI-driven development tools (such as Cursor or Copilot) to enhance architecture and efficiency.

• You will be responsible for specific aspects of the feature lifecycle, working closely with Product and Design teams to convert complex requirements into clean, testable code.

• This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will conduct experiments to improve the product while ensuring long-term stability through industry-leading iOS best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in native iOS development.

• Proficient hands-on experience with the native iOS ecosystem, including UIKit and SwiftUI.

• Experience in developing features within large-scale, mature codebases that have complex architectures.

• A background in B2C mobile applications, particularly those that are high-traffic and customer-focused.

• Capability to collaborate closely with product and design teams, taking full ownership of the end-to-end feature delivery process.

• Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and accountability are core cultural expectations of our team.

• Familiarity with AI code generation tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
