Middle iOS Engineer – Boosters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Product development

• Development and maintenance of the Kato iOS application (Swift/SwiftUI)

• Implementation of features for Chat v2, tools, onboarding, and subscriptions

• Integration and support for Adapty (Apple IAP, subscription lifecycle)

• Integration of GrowthBook for client-side A/B testing

• Integration of Reteno for push notifications

• Integration of Amplitude — implementation of analytical events

• Code architecture and quality assurance

• Participation in architectural decisions for the iOS component of the product

• Writing unit and UI tests

• Conducting code reviews

• Adherence to internal development standards

• Close collaboration with the backend team on WebSocket protocol and API contracts

• Involvement in task planning with estimations

• Decomposition of tasks in Jira

• Collaboration with QA on feature testing coverage

• Participation in the development of shared approaches to mobile development for Boosters

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of engineering experience;

• Development experience with Swift;

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), algorithms, data structures, and functional programming;

• Understanding of multithreading programming;

• Experience with UIKit, Auto Layout, Core Animation, Core Graphics, Foundation, Grand Central Dispatch (GCD);

• Experience with analytical tools (Appsflyer, Amplitude, Firebase, etc.);

• Experience with in-app purchases (subscriptions);

• Experience integrating Adapty or RevenueCat;

• Experience with A/B testing;

• Familiarity with LLM API;

• Experience with various architectures (MVVM, VIPER, MVVM + coordinators, Redux);

• Ability to identify and implement optimal technical solutions (speed/quality).
