This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design, test, train, implement, and provide support for customizations in Dynamics BC for both new and existing clients.
• Offer assistance in reconciling and correcting Dynamics BC data as necessary.
• Recognize opportunities for software or service enhancements, including training, modules, business process consulting, and development.
• Document and convey issues, risks, and changes within internal CRM and project management systems.
• Manage application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades for current clients.
• Serve as a backup for the Application Support Desk and handle escalated support issues.
• Aid in the creation and upkeep of internal and external product training curricula and documentation.
• Engage in periodic online training sessions conducted for hosted clients.
• Support Centre Developers in testing and launching new customizations and products.
• Maintain a billing utilization rate of 75% or higher.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal and external product training curricula and documentation.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the design, configuration, and support of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and directed with a sharp attention to detail.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
• Outstanding customer service orientation.
• Significant experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative setting.
