Meta Ads – Customer Support for Cosmetic Studios

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Manage and enhance Meta Ads – You will initiate and oversee Meta advertising campaigns for our clients while consistently refining them for improved performance. (Experience with Facebook Business Manager is essential)

• Edit promotional videos – You will create advertisement videos for our clients. (This is easy to learn with a basic technical foundation)

• Develop funnels & landing pages – You will construct high-performing funnels for our campaigns. (Processes are standardized)

• Conduct onboarding calls – You will familiarize new clients with our processes. (Experience with Facebook and Business Manager is necessary)

• Provide customer support via WhatsApp – You will address client inquiries and ensure their campaigns operate at peak efficiency. (Basic marketing knowledge is required)

• Weekly client calls – You will assess performance and collaboratively enhance their campaigns. (Experience with Facebook Ads, funnels, and algorithms is required)

⛳️ Requirements

• Basic technical knowledge and proficient use of a Mac (Apple)

• Experience with Meta Ads

• Understanding of marketing and performance advertising

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously

• Interest in the beauty and cosmetics industry (considered advantageous)
