This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Streamlining procurement procedures for materials and/or services for Grupo Positivo.
• Creating financial and economic models for valuation purposes.
• Preparing and delivering market presentations along with valuation findings.
• Overseeing and assisting in due diligence activities.
• Coordinating interactions with internal teams and business associates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled in a postgraduate specialization in a relevant area.
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
• Experience and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of corporate finance, particularly in valuation.
• Previous experience in auditing and business consulting firms.
• Willingness to travel.
• Familiarity with the Education sector is an advantage.
