Menu Planning Analyst – 6-Month Temporary Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Implement weekly menu planning across various markets, ensuring that menus align with assortment, variety, operational, and business needs.

• Evaluate menu performance metrics such as conversion rates, ratings, repeat rates, adoption, and sales trends to guide planning decisions.

• Identify gaps in the assortment and propose actions to enhance menu quality, customer satisfaction, and overall menu effectiveness.

• Optimize menu variety and product mix to maximize customer options while minimizing overlap across categories and meal occasions.

• Ensure adherence to planning guidelines, category targets, chef allocations, and operational limitations.

• Collaborate with Culinary, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to guarantee menu readiness and successful launches.

• Track planning timelines and proactively pinpoint and mitigate risks that may affect menu execution.

• Support assortment optimization efforts through performance analysis and data-driven insights.

• Assist in post-launch evaluations to assess menu performance and discover opportunities for ongoing improvement.

• Participate in the creation and enhancement of menu planning tools, processes, and best practices.

• Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and continuously evolving high-growth environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in category management, menu planning, business operations, project management, consulting, or related analytical roles.

• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel; knowledge of planning and project management tools is an advantage.

• Adept at managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to work collaboratively and coordinate initiatives across various teams.

• As our headquarters is located in NYC, a high level of English proficiency is required.
