Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively create evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Offer individual therapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members dealing with a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, while also having the flexibility to work with members facing substance use challenges when necessary.

• Ensure clear and timely clinical documentation within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as required and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA regulations and all relevant state licensure requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active and verifiable license from one of the following Indiana licenses: LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC, as well as your state of residence if it is not Indiana. All credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application process.

• Experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Demonstrate strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Familiarity with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity.

• Maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and have access to reliable internet.
