Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Perform diagnostic evaluations and collaboratively design evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions through secure telehealth platforms.

• Assist Members with diverse mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, while also having the flexibility to work with members experiencing substance use disorders when necessary.

• Keep accurate and timely clinical records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Coordinate care as required and help foster a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

• Engage in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations.

• Comply with HIPAA and all relevant state licensure regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid and verifiable license from one of the following Oregon licenses: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate, as well as your state of residence if not located in Oregon.

• Proven experience in providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth environments.

• Exceptional communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach.

• Proficiency with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth technologies.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining professionalism and integrity.

• A private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and a reliable internet connection are required.
