Licensed Clinical Therapist – MT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapeutic counseling services and create treatment plans for a primarily young adult demographic.

• Concurrently document and submit HIPAA-compliant records using TimelyCare's electronic health record system.

• Formulate and submit treatment plans along with progress notes after each session.

• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure continuity of care as necessary.

• Comply with established standards for documentation quality and adhere to the code of ethics.

• Work alongside the student/client to set and develop treatment objectives and document progress accordingly.

• Employ active listening techniques and evidence-based modalities (SFBT, CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) to foster rapport, establish boundaries, and enhance student/client care.

• Ensure timely submission of appropriate documentation in the EHR (TimelyCare platform).

• Be prepared to adapt to the evolving needs of the population we serve.

• Maintain calmness and composure during potentially high-stress situations.

• Respond with empathy and professionalism, meeting clients where they are.

• Demonstrate respectful behavior towards all students, colleagues, and support staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Active State License in Montana; additional state licenses are a plus.

• Strong skills in clinical documentation, assessment, and active listening.

• Experience in crisis intervention/de-escalation and safety/treatment planning.

• Background in providing services to young adults, adolescents, at-risk populations, or experience in community mental health, crisis triage, or college counseling settings.
