This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based psychotherapy via the Rebound video platform for individuals who have faced trauma.
• Support members in their recovery journey and maintenance of well-being through trauma and PTSD interventions.
• Oversee a manageable caseload and adhere to scheduling requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation utilizing the Rebound EHR system.
• Engage in clinical consultations and training opportunities.
• Enhance understanding and application of evidence-supported treatments for trauma and PTSD.
• Collaborate with the provider network to formulate and reinforce treatment strategies.
• Refer members to external resources when deemed appropriate, based on clinical expertise, judgment, and established guidelines.
• Provide treatment for children and adolescents after completing the Rebound Child and Adolescent training program.
• Possess a full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in your state.
• Hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
• Have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
• A Master's degree is mandatory.
• At least 6 months of pertinent experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, or ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in treating PTSD with Prolonged Exposure (PE) is preferable but not essential.
• Practical experience in independent diagnosis is required; pre-licensed experience may be considered.
• Alternatively, a certificate of completion from the Tolin & Diamond Training Video may be accepted for independent diagnosing experience; please note that Rebound will not cover the course costs.
• Commitment to a 40-hour work week for full-time providers.
• Availability for 25 hours of direct clinical work weekly.
• Attendance at the mandatory training program is required.
• Participate in 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation sessions.
• Availability for 10 hours during weeknights or weekends after 5 PM local time for Member Sessions.
• Engage in and finalize the cross-license application process during onboarding.
• Open to treating children and adolescents following the completion of required training.
• Must be organized, quick to learn, and eager to develop.
• Strong communication skills and effective time management are essential.
• Maintain a confidential and private remote workspace with dependable internet access.
• Proficient and comfortable using technology for communication purposes.
